Everyday Paradise - A performance

I travel from my home town Kortrijk to my workspace in the Academy of Ghent following the course of the river the Leie. This river passes my house and ends up passing by the Academy. So the flowing water connects this two places. Close to the water nature flourish. I find a lot of little paradises hidden along the course of this river. I meet with this places by reflection. Here I am, the place all to myself. Alone in silence, at a stone’s throw distance of my home, finding peace.
